Turning for new artisan bespoke
Have just read your guide on mattress turning, is it still the same for a new mattress and do you turn 180 AND turn over once a month or do 180 after a month and turn over the next month? If so which should you do first or does it not matter?

Hi Jill,
Our advice is to rotate and turn the mattress once a month, not both together, one month rotate, the next turn. It does not matter in which order you do this as the process is meant to spread the weight and therefore wear over the hole of the two sleep surfaces.
