What Base Should I Get to soften my mattress?

Hi, I have a pocket sprung mattress from Hilary Deavey, its wonderful but a little firm, I currently have it just on the floor as i wanted to get the right base… Ive been looking about and came across you guys on the net and would love to buy British.
should i go for the Pocket sprung Artisan or the other one? will the Pocket sprung be too soft?
Would love to place the order today

Thanks for your question.

Any type of sprung divan base will give a mattress it’s true feel, and will create a softer feel to the mattress, than any other type of base, whether it be sprung slats, fixed solid slats or a solid top divan base, these will all give the mattress a firmer feel.

Pocket sprung base making

In the divan bases the pocket spring unit is slightly more expensive to create than the bonnell coil sprung unit, but both bases do the same job and work as a shock absorber for the mattress.
