What’s the best mattress to buy for two 12 – 14 stone side sleepers?

Hi, looking to purchase a new mattress and was recommended to try John Ryan. I and husband are side sleepers and I’m around 12 stone he is around 14 stone. I am constantly walking up with numb arms with lying on them and we both have sore back with the mattress we have. We have a newish pine slatted bed so only the mattress is required. Please, can you recommend the best suitable one for us?

At your body weights you both would need to opt for a medium spring tension for support.

Spring Tension	Wire diameter (Gauge)	Weight Range

Firm	1.6mm	16 stone plus
Extra Firm / Orthopaedic	1.9mm	20 stone plus

As you both experience problems with your back I would definitely recommend that you take a look at the models in our ranges with a medium upholstery (comfort layers) as anything too firm will worsen your aches and pains.
