With the details you’ve kindly disclosed I would advise having a look at our Artisan Naturals. This model has a true medium feeling upholstery providing a slight sink but not too much. It also has the benefit of being constructed with 85% natural fillings. Those fillings not only last longer than synthetic fibres but also provides a cool sleep surface. This will give a softer sink for your hips to help relieve some of the pain.

In terms of the spring tension, we would recommend either a medium or a firm spring. You’re on the cusp of the weight range you see. This enables the spring unit to react and support you correctly. It also depends on the base you’ll be putting it onto.

If the base you will be using is a sprung base then choose the Firm spring tension. A firmer spring won’t result in a firm feel this is made up by the upholstery layers. However, a firmer spring on a sprung edge base will provide slightly more support specifically for you as the base has spring in as well.

Alternatively, if the base you will be using is a solid top base (no springs) then choose the Medium spring tension. This will offset the effect that each base will have on the mattress.

The Artisan Naturals will give a nice soft sink and als support you as a side sleeper whilst keeping you cooler than synthetic fibres.
