which of your JRBD mattresses is right for me
Hi, I am 8.5 stone and my husband is 11 stone. We are both side sleepers. I am having night sweats so this is causing a problem. I also suffer from tension in my lower back and shoulders. I have looked at the Dunlopillo millenium mattress and I like it as it is latex and the reviews are good although it is very expensive. What would you recommend for us. We live in Ireland, the mattress we have has seen better days and it is so hard to find one that will suit us as there are so many on the market.

Latex, if it’s 100% natural, will give you a cool sleep surface. However, natural fillings give you the coolest sleep surface you can find.

At your body weight you are borderline between a Soft and Medium spring tension. If you prefer a bit more give then choose the Soft whereas if you prefer a bit more support then choose the Medium. Your husband is comfortably within a Medium spring tension.
