Zip link beds for B&B
Hello, We are opening a B&B in South West France in spring 2017. We have 4 guest rooms. We will be catering for sports groups and as such likely to require regular swapping between 2 twins and 2 twins joined to make a queen. Likely also getting taller folks so probably 6 feet 6 inches best with med/firm beds. We will likely be going for a more traditional bed-head so just the base and mattress needed and the 4 drawer version seems a good idea to store blankets. Could you help to provide some recommendations that will fit this bill and also be somewhat cost effective. Thanks.

This is typical of the kind of question we receive quite regularly from people looking for the right beds for their new ventures into the world of holiday lets.
The mattresses that we usually recommend to suit your requirement for a Zip and Link set is either our Origins Pocket 1500 or Origins Pocket Reflex 1000.
The Origins Pocket 1500 has a medium upholstery giving a slight sink but not too much. It has a medium spring tension as standard that generally covers body weights between 9 and 17st.
The Origins Pocket Reflex 1000 has that medium spring tension as standard again but has a firmer upholstery. This upholstery accommodates a wider range of body weights and whilst it is firmer in the top layers we get a lot of feedback that it’s comfortable at the same time.
Zip and Link mattresses are ideal for the flexibility you require and we are sure will prove to be a great investment.
