Thank you for your enquiry. Our mattresses are manufactured in the Yorkshire Dales and our office is based in Manchester. We are an internet only company so do not have any showrooms, which helps to keep our prices as low as possible. Our Outlet is a section of our website. This is where mattresses that have been returned to us under the ‘60 day love it or return it‘ guarantee are listed at discounted prices dependant on their condition.
Most of our customers find it beneficial to speak to one of our advisers about their individual requirements. We would need to know the body weights of anyone who would be sleeping on the mattress, what your comfort preferences and sleeping habits are in order to determine which spring tension and model would be the most suitable for you.
