Excellent returns service
Fusion 3.B grade — just a very slight snag on topper.
Unfortuately I found that the latex mattress and topper that I’d bought was too hard for me.
I originally rang for advice on how to improve things (as it was over the 31days trial) and was told by a very sympathetic Julie that they couldn’t have me laying on an uncomfortable mattress,so would arrange for it to be returned with a full refund. — This has now all been completed and I’m very grateful to you. Thank you.
