If a product is guaranteed for 3 years does that mean it will need replacing after that period?

Thank you for your enquiry.

As far as guarantees are concerned, we can only comment on our own. All the guarantees are provided by the manufacturer of our products, which are made to our own specification. In the case of our products, notwithstanding any guarantee period, as this differs for different models, we would expect that with proper care and maintenance that the mattress will last longer than the guarantee period.

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, we also provide a 60 day “love it or return it” guarantee and this is because we endeavour to match the product to the customer and in 96% of instances we get this spot on, which is why we are confident to offer this guarantee.

With regard to other guarantees provided by other mattress manufacturers, they commonly contain exclusion clauses, which make claiming under such guarantees almost impossible. Our advice would be to always read the small print.
