Mattress for a back/side sleeper and back/side/front sleeper
My partner and I are looking to purchase our first mattress after years of renting and currently using the previous home owners mattress. In our experience of trying different mattresses through hotel rooms etc, we both like to feel supported, feel cool but not too firm with a soft cloud like feeling but not one that you feel like you’re sinking into the mattress. I am 9st 5ft 3″ and he is 10-11st and 5ft 6″. I normally find it difficult to sleep and I suspect this is why I am a back/front/side sleeper. I do prefer sleeping on my back and sometimes side.
We are looking for a kingsize bed as sometimes we let our dog sleep on the bed and our current double ends up feeling too small. I am currently between your Artisan Naturals and Bespoke 004. I am keen on natural materials and it was more of an educated guess based on the vast amount of information you have provided on your website.
I have noticed you don’t sell pillows and was wondering if you had a suggestion on where I could buy a supportive soft pillow- I have a very soft one from Soak and Sleep, which doesn’t give any support, even with two pillows.

Many thanks for your enquiry.
As you have stated that you require a cool sleeping surface, I would therefore suggest that you need a mattress with natural fillings and the more natural fillings the cooler the sleeping surface will be.
Both the Artisan Naturals and the Artisan Bespoke 004 will provide the same feel in the upholstery layers, even though the Artisan Naturals only has 85% natural upholstery against 100% in the Artisan Bespoke 004.
With your particular body weights, we would suggest you opt for a Medium Spring Tension as this will then give you the correct support.
