Mattress guarantee comparison

Very impressed with the detail offered on your website and the advice given to me by Julie when I phoned earlier today. I am seriously considering purchasing from your Artisan range but probably like many people I am hesitant about buying an untried major purchase from a web site as opposed to a well known brand. Your 30 day love it or return it guarantee does seem to overcome this concern in part, but I wondered whether you could comment on Hypnos’s ability to offer a 10 year guarantee as opposed to your 5 year guarantee.
Secondly the Hypnos seem to put emphasis on the number of turn in their springs. Does this make a difference? How would say the springs in their Countess Supreme bed compare to your Artisan range?

As you are no doubt aware, the description provided in respect of Hypnos mattresses is vague in the extreme in respect of the upholstery layers by way of GSM (grams per square metre), which makes it impossible for me to comment upon why they have a ten year guarantee.
The only model in our Artisan range that has a five year guarantee is the Artisan 1500, but for the above reason I am unable to compare content (upholstery layers & springs).

Other mattresses within the Artisan range do have a ten year guarantee, but because they have more natural fibre upholstery layers, these are more expensive than the 1500.
All our pocket springs have six turns, which we believe is sufficient to provide the correct amount of support throughout our ranges.
