Mattress Toppers
We have a medium firm mid price pocket spring mattress from John Lewis. Construction and performance generally excellent. However we find that on waking in the morning we are very stiff. Would a latex 7mm mattress topper have a beneficial effect is added to it?

Before making any form of a recommendation in respect of the application of a topper to resolve your aching issues, I would need to know your body weights in order to ascertain that the tension of your mattress is correct. Having said that, the application of a topper will soften the feel of any mattress but will not make one firmer.
