Our John Ryan Mattress is amazing
We have had our JR mattress for almost a year now and its amazing, thank you so much. We still make that “arhhhh” sound everytime we go yo bed. Hope you can help….
My son has had a small (wee) accident which went through our mattress protector. What’s the best way to clean this?

I am pleased that you are still enjoying your mattress and am sure you will continue to do so for many years to come.
As for the accident issue, I would advise you to use a damp cloth to remove the staining from the surface of the mattress, cover the area with bicarbonate of soda and allow the mattress to air dry. Never use a heat source which could damage or warp the materials. Once it is thoroughly dry, hoover the area to remove the bicarb and then re-make your bed with clean dry bedding and allow ventilation to ensure any residual moisture in the room or the bed can escape through evaporation.
