Outlet store mattress questions
Hi there, I’ve been reading your website with great interest and I’m convinced that I should buy from your range of mattresses instead of on the high street. I notice the Artisan Bespoke is available in kingsize in the outlet store, however I’d like to get some more information on it. Can you tell me more about the damage to the mattress?
What defects does it have exactly?
I presume these don’t impair the function of the mattress at all?
I’m also curious about the tension level. My partner and I tend to prefer a firm mattress but like your site says, this is all relative to our personal experience. We’re not overweight; I’m about 12 stone and she’s about 9. Would this mattress be suitable for us?

The Artisan Bespoke would be the correct mattress for you if you like a firmer feel mattress within the upholstery layers. And As you both like a firmer feel then i would say a medium tension spring for you both.
