Few questions comparing you to Dreams.
I’ve recently purchased a bed from Dreams, I am still in the cooling down period of my finance purchase. I’ve paid £899 which was one sale from £999 for the mattress Therapur Desire 26, and for the Bed together it comes at £1600. I’m more than willing to pay upfront for a better quality and bargain but how can I test your mattresses and what happens if I’m unhappy with the mattress? Can I exchange it for another one, and is there a guarantee and what does it cover.

The first thing to say is that we do not make any products which can be compared to the Therapur Desire 26 from Dreams. In fact, the published details of that product are such that, because they have patented constituent parts, it would be impossible to replicate them. We do note that this mattress is only one sided and it appears to be a foam/gel mattress.
We are internet based only and do not have a showroom where you can try our products. We do, however, provide a 60 day “love it or return it” guarantee, which enables you to have a one time exchange or your full money back if not entirely satisfied with the products during that period. This should not be viewed as a “try before you buy” option as we endeavour to match the customer to the product and in 96% of case we get this spot on, which is why we are confident to offer this guarantee.
