Returned matresses
I am concerned that the matress I buy from you will have been used (returned by someone else). How can I be sure that I will be buying a brand new never used (even for a couple of weeks) matress. .

I am sure that having viewed our site, you will have determined how honest, upfront and passionate we are about our products. All of the products returned to us under our 60 day love it or return it guarantee are checked and graded and then placed for sale through the outlet section of our site. You will only receive an outlet product if that is what you have ordered. All our new products are made to order, which is why there is a lead time of around four weeks on all our ranges.
