When to replace a sprung bed base?
Should I replace a sprung base when I replace my mattress; they are about 7 years old and the mattress needs replacement.

Sprung bases are one of the best quality mattress bases you can buy. This is because the sprung top of these divans acts as a mattress for your mattress helping to extend the lifespan of your bed and also provide super progressive support. Ie support that adjusts quickly and independently for you when compared to say a solid slatted bed base.
To answer your question you don’t need to replace your mattress base when you change your mattress. If it’s in good condition with no springs poking out and it is stable then we would recommend keeping it. Saves you money and helps reduce needless consumption of furniture goods! Win-Win!
