Help on Artisan Naturals spring tension

Hi thanks for the information to my post on29th August . So looking at your suggestion of the Artisan Naturals - that comes in three tensions and your guide suggests we'd order a 'soft' mattress [gulp] is that really what you'd recommend for us given that I prefer a firmer feel and we weigh 10st and 12st. Happy to be educated but do you think we sure er on the side of caution and go for medium. Oh and delivery says 3 weeks ..er that means not equal should it be greater than i.e. > sign or less than which is the < sign. What would delivery time be please to Bedford. Cheers PS. I'm a computer programmer hence being a bit anal about the sign lol !!

As a further note of comparison, nip out to Furniture Village or other good stockist of Vi Spring beds and have a look at their Regal Superb as a similar feel to our Artisan Naturals.

Try the Medium and Firm tensions as their springs are quite similar to ours.
The difference between 'Soft' and 'Medium' is nominal, and with a second read of your comment I would agree, medium on The Artisan Naturals would be correct for your bodyweights.
If you were looking at The Bespoke / Luxury for example the additional fillings in these models would have an influence on the overall tension and then I would have said the Soft tension spring would have been correct.
Delivery is currently between 3-4 weeks [orders are placed each week at the factory on Monday or Tuesday so final delivery schedule will have an effect on the day you actually place your order] When Julie confirms your order by phone she will be in a position to give a more precise delivery date although we are unable to guarantee a specific date at that time.
Once your order is with the courier they will contact you to arrange the delivery.
Anthony, I am quite happy to be corrected on anything I say.
I use the signs to mean 'more or less'.
I have to be extremely careful when quoting retail prices / details and I always use this sign as a 'get out of jail free' card !!
My grammar and spelling is appalling but I'm sure the people who read these comments get the general idea of what I'm trying to say.
