be processed until full payment is received.

5. Delivery and Risk

5.1. We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe. Estimated delivery times are
provided at checkout.

5.2. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and
report any issues promptly.

6. Consumer Rights and Returns

6.1. Right to Reject (Consumer Rights Act 2015): If your product is faulty, not as
described, or unfit for purpose, you have the right to reject it within 30 days of delivery for a
full refund.

6.2. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014): You have the right to
cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must notify us in writing and
return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation. A full refund,
including standard delivery costs, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned
goods.

6.3. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1. Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Details will be
provided with your product.

7.2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or
business.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and
Wales.

8.2. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to seek resolution. If a resolution
is not reached, disputes may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider
or the courts of England and Wales.

9.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will apply to future
orders only.

Refunds Policy

You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price made provided you notify us you wish to return the goods within 14 days of delivery, the goods must be returned in an unused condition in original packaging. This is your statutory rights through distance selling regulations.

However, John Ryan By Design offers you a 60 day Money Back guarantee. This is in addition to your statutory rights. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of delivery, please notify us and we will arrange collection and a full refund. Clearance mattresses have a £150 fee if you wish to return them under the love it or return it guarantee.

By ordering from or using this site you must acknowledge that we are not a big company but a small team of utterly enthusiastic mattress nerds who aim to provide you with the best product your money can buy. Any mistake or error we make will be an honest mistake or error which we will do our utmost to rectify.

Where the delivery address differs to the shipping address we will request proof of identification from the card holder to reduce fraud. Upon ordering, a member of our team will request photo ID for security against the order.
