A customer asked
Hi we're looking to buy a king size artisan naturals mattress from you but can't get in touch regarding which tension to get. I weigh around 11 stone and my partner around 10 stone. We like a mattress that feels medium to firm but not rock hard. Could you please advise?

Sorry you are unable to get through.
Unfortunately we are currently trying to get on top of a backlog of enquiries which should be cleared by the beginning of next week.
In answer to your question I recommend the medium tension to give you the level of comfort you are after.
