Thank you for your question,  All the mattress bases we manufacture can be made to include half drawers (Continental) to allow for the bedside cabinets. One of our friendly team always confirms the order with you within a day or two and they will go through the drawer options with you as well.

As a side note, I personally think the full drawer option is the best. As storage is quite valuable it seems a shame that access becomes the priority over available space.  Using the bedside cabinet drawers for rarely accessed items will be more beneficial than easier access.  If storage is an issue, another option would be our Ottoman base.

With large amounts of storage means you can utilise the entire space beneath the mattress. There is 25cm of depth to the base when the mattress is lifted. Double sizes and above will arrive as two separate base components that are joined by strong metal clips. This ensures the base is completely robust, other cheaper mass produced Ottomans come as a one-piece in larger sizes. This means that larger bases can be delivered even if restricted access rooms.
