Questions about Travelodge mattress

Thank you for your enquiry on our website.  Unfortunately, aside from the spring count, there is very little other information provided regarding this mattress on the above site, to confirm what this mattress contains by way of fillings.  It is, therefore, impossible for us to advise on a comparable mattress in our range.

When buying any mattress you should have regard for the number of springs and the spring tension.  This is based solely on an individuals body weight and it is essential to give you the correct level of support.  Knowing what and how much of the fillings by way of GSM (grams per square metre) there are in the upholstery layers helps to tell you what the 'feel' of any given model is and what you are actually getting for your money.  Without this knowledge you cannot make a fully informed decision regarding the mattress on offer.

Both our Artisan and Origins ranges are available with a firm spring tension, which is the tension that will give you, at your body weight, the correct support.  The feel in the comfort layers is determined by personal preferences and sleeping habits.
