I wish you operated in the United States!
Your website is so thorough, and I love that you take sleepers' weights into consideration when advising them on bed purchases. My husband and I are shopping for a new mattress, but comparing mattresses across brands is nigh unto impossible. Additionally, no one we've spoken with can tell us how our weights (combined is about 750 pounds) will affect the life of a mattress. Apparently, mattresses in the UK are different than those in the U.S. More care goes into your mattresses, and natural fibers are used much more often, than in the mattresses available to us. It's actually rather depressing. Is there any possibility that you would know of a company or organization in the U.S. that sells bedding of comparable quality and has customer service like yours?

Unfortunately, there are very few mattress manufacturers who provide detailed information regarding the fillings used and therefore, it is almost impossible to make any specific recommendation regarding the quality and construction of mattresses made in the USA.
In addition to this, given your body weights, it is likely that you will require a specialist manufacturer to produce something which will give you support and last.
