How do bed bases join?

Please could you send me a close up photo of the linked bed base and mattresses so that I can see the detail of how they are linked. I need this to check bed linen fitting and valance requirements. I have already had a chat on the phone about using single sheets on the joined mattresses (probably OK to do so providing only the base joiner zip is done up?) Many thanks,

Thank you for the compliment regarding our site. With regard to your query, our bases are normally linked together with the use of a joining bar but for a zip and link, you can request u-clips instead.
As far the use of single sheets are concerned, I would advise that there is no need to do up the bottom zip as the mattresses are unlikely to move.
