We're torn between three king size mattresses

We're torn between three king size mattresses, a Hypnos Pearl pillow top (1000 spring), a Harrison Pearl 6000 and a Harrison Amethyst 4000 (both medium tension). The Hypnos and the Harrison Pearl are around the same price with the Harrison Amethyst coming in around £200 less. It'll be going on a sprung slatted base. We're 8 stone and 13 stone and both side-sleepers. He gets too warm at night, I get too cold.
Can you provide any advice on which mattress might suit us best? We paid a deposit on the Hypnos but are now thinking that the Harrison Peal might be better as it's turnable and has more springs. We need to finalise our choice quickly. Thanks.

Firstly, I must confirm that we would never recommend a pillow top mattress to anyone because once the pillow top flattens, the whole mattress needs replacing. It is likely to flatten in the short term as it is a one sided mattress, making such a purchase an expensive mistake. Secondly, the information available in respect of all three of the mattresses you refer to is vague in the extreme particularly with regard to the upholstery layers by way of GSM (grams per square metre) making any form of recommendation impossible. One questions how you could make the right decision in respect of any of these mattresses without full specific details of the upholstery layers?
What I would say is that with a weight differential of 5 stone, you would be best looking at a split tension mattress, soft and medium. Our Artisan range has mattresses, which can be ordered in a split tension from king size and above.
