If it is a genuine John Ryan product it will have a label on it denoting the type of mattress it is. I would personally be wary of buying anything which purports to be branded without clear evidence that this is the case. Perhaps you could send a link to the advert to Gary@localhost and I will be more able to confirm whether this is indeed one of our older products.
