Replace mattress memory foam topper

Please can you tell me if it is possible to replace a super kingsize memory foam topper from a mattress which came with it originally. We bought our mattress in New Zealand, brought it back to the UK with us and it is now 8 years old. The memory foam layer is stitched in a separate layer on the top and has become very saggy and molded into our shapes. I'm pretty sure we could cut it out and replace it without too much hassle. It is quite a thick topper (15-20cm). Please could you quote me for a placement? Any advice on this matter would be much appreciated as well.
Kind regards,
Ali

Hi Ali,

We do not make any memory foam toppers and we also specifically advise people to avoid pillow-top mattresses, which is what yours essentially is, because of the very problem you are now experiencing. I would suggest that you seek out a specific memory foam retailer and see if they can assist. Alternatively, you may have to look at replacing your mattress. Kind regards.
