The upholstering of a mattress is quite specialised and occurs at the time of manufacture, it is unlikely that you will be able to find a mattress manufacturer who will agree to reupholster a mattress, which they themselves have not made in the first instance.

Because of this, we would suggest that the best option would be to look for a new mattress with similar level of upholstery as the original.
