We do have a mattress that we recommend for holiday cottages the Origins Pocket Reflex. This works really well as a guest bed, or holiday let mattress  as it keeps it's shape really well and covers a wider range of body weights, due to it's supportive top upholstery layers incorporating Reflex Foam.

You mention 2 sizes of bed a double, and a kingsize, one thing you could consider is a kingsize zip link option, which when split makes 2 small single beds, which could be very useful when letting out properties.
