Fusion 3 topper

I'm very interested in the Fusion 3 and Fusion 5, but am a little confused.
It's my understanding that the topper on a Fusion 3 mattress is added to make a Fusion 5 a little softer, i.e. The top 5cm is softer than the next 18cm.
If I have I understood this correctly I don't understand why as both parts of the mattress have the same construction.

Hi Garry

Thanks for your question.

You are quite correct in your observations. The Fusion 5 is the solid core 100% natural latex mattress. The Fusion 3 utilizes the same core mattress, but adds an extra 5cm 100% natural latex topper, which softens the feel of the medium core mattress.

The deeper the latex mattress you have to sink into, the softer the overall feel. This is the same way Dunlopillo create their latex mattresses, the deeper the mattress the softer the feel.

If you require any further assistance please call the office on 0161 250 9661
