Mattress top sagging

We have only had our mattress for 3 weeks and even though it's been turned the top layer is sagging and goes into a lump in the arch of the back. This is the 3rd mattress and I just do not know what to do about this.

Thank you for your enquiry.
Without knowledge of the actual model you have, what type of base it is on and what your body weight(s) are it is not possible for us to provide an opinion as to the cause. Having said that, if the base has remained constant, it may be that this is failing.
