Which Artisan mattress would suit us?

I am 5'4", weigh around 11 and a half stone and have recently had a hip replacement aged 44. Partner is 6 foot and around 14 and a half stone. We are currently sleeping on a Sleeping Duck (medium) mattress but it's just too hot for me and feels a bit too firm on my hip. What would you suggest?
