zip link different tensions

Thank you for your question.

We can make an Artisan zip and link mattress with one half soft springs and one half medium springs.  However, the overall comfort layers or upholstery layers will be the same across the mattresses ie: either soft comfort layers, medium or firm.  It is only the spring tension that can be altered.

Unfortunately, as they are made as a pair, it is not possible to replace one half of the mattress at a later date unless you are ordering an Extra Kingsize zip & link mattress which is in effect are two standard single mattresses zipped together but you would not be able to zip the mattresses up.

I would advise that you telephone me so that we can have a chat with regard to which of the Artisan mattresses you are looking at and in order that I can check body weights and preferred feel.  I also need to check the type of base the mattresses are to go onto.
