I currently have a tempera mattress and have found it exacerbates night sweats I weigh 11 stone and find it reasonably comfortable and don't get aching hips like i used to with previous choices my partner weighs 17 stone and has herniated discs so feels it doesn't give him enough support so which mattress would you recommend.
