I have a traditional fully sprung sprung bed base, (originally bespoke from Staples), on a Victorian Bed Frame - i.e not a divan base.Does your manufacturing guarantee and comfort guarantee still apply for purchasing a mattress only to go onto this base?

Hi Philip,

Thanks for your question.

Our 60 day love it or return it guarantee applies to all products that we retail, whether it's a mattress, base or headboard.

We would need to know your body weights in order to discuss spring tension as well as sleeping habits and preferred feel in the top layers to discuss suitable models within our Origins and Artisan ranges;

Bodyweight Spring tension
Upto 16 Stone / 50-101kg Medium (1.4mm)
16 Stone / 101kg Upwards Firm (1.6mm)
Available in Bespoke Products (Please Call) Soft (1.2mm)

I'd recommend measuring the internal dimensions of the bed frame so that you're confident the mattress will fit inside as that lip can sometimes restrict certain sized mattresses.

I hope this has answered your questions fully but if you do have any further queries please don't hesitate to contact our office on 0161 437 4419.

Kind Regards, Lee.
