Superking Headboard split for access issues

I'm looking to get a Superking bed but due to clearance height on the stairwell we'd need a zip and link.
I assume this means we would have issues getting a standard Superking size headboard upstairs?
Are there options for split headboards?
Thanks

Hi Louise,

Thanks for your comment on headboards and restricted access. You raise a valid point that one piece headboards can prove troublesome in houses that have narrow stairwells, low ceilings or right-angled returns on landings.

We can supply headboards in two pieces and there are a number of designs that this works best with. The best 2-piece headboard designs are Bella, Georgia, and Laura.

As for height restrictions: All Artisan headboards are 50" high and Origins are 54" high. We can get either model reduced in height for a charge of 10% extra per item if need be. For 2-piece headboards in a superking these would be 3ft wide each.

We hope this helps. Please get in touch on 0161 437 4419 if you have any more questions.
