We are internet based only and do not have a showroom where you can view our products. Unlike stores, where you may be sold anything provided that it is a sale, we endeavour to match the customer to the product and in 96% of cases we get that spot on. We provide advice and guidance based upon body weight(s), preferred feel and budget. We operate a 30 day "love it or return it" policy, which is provided because we are confident in the advice and guidance we provide. This policy should not be viewed as a "try before you buy" option, but will provide a degree of comfort when purchasing a product you have not been able to see and try on the internet.
 
Trying a mattress in a store for say 15 minutes is no substitute for sleeping on it for up to 8 hours a night and cannot provide you with a true indication of how a new product will feel. This is because no one is aware of how long the product has been on display, how many people have tried it and as a result what detrimental affect that may have had upon the upholstery and other construction elements. In addition, most stores have a notoriously difficult to comply with returns policy.
