What are the dimensions of an extra king size bed/mattress?

Firstly I must advise that the extra king size products are only made in zip and link sets not is a one piece.

The width of each half of the zip and link set is 3 feet and length is 6 feet 3 inches with a depth of 12 inches.

The width & length also apply to the two halves of the base, which have an overall depth of 15 inches (including 2 inches for glides/castors). The overall height of the mattress with a base will be 27 inches.
