Best mattress against mildew

Hi. I smell mildew in my children's room despite of good ventilation. I'm thinking to buy a spring mattress as I'm trying to avoid any foam. But I'm not sure if that's a good idea, as some kind of foams are anti-allergy etc. Also the depth of it shouldn't be more than 15cm as it is going to be on a bunk bed. I am very confused which mattress to get for my children. I hope to hear soon from you.
Thanks

Hi Nabila,
Thank you for your enquiry.   Whilst I note you say you can smell mildew you do not confirm that there are any visible signs of the same. If this is a problem with moisture in the room, it doesn't matter which mattress you buy, because unless you eliminate the cause it will affect all products. Proper ventilation is imperative, which I note you have, but it may be worth investing in a dehumidifier to reduce moisture in the air.

Unfortunately, I cannot make a recommendation of a product from our ranges as all are around 28-30cm in depth, nor I am able to recommend other products in the market as details of construction and upholstery are vague and therefore providing an opinion as to quality and performance is impossible.

I hope this helps, if you would like any further information please do not hesitate to contact the office on 0161 437 4419.

Kind Regards.
