I'm looking for an adjustable bed and tried an airflow mattress from a company called Adjustamatic. The bed was indeed really comfortable and the mattress combined pocket springs with memory foam with egg box surface to create airflow. (spec- 200mm deep with 150 mm of R300 foam, temperature sensitive containing distribution Viscoelastic foam)However the prices were really expensive (£1500 for a single bed) and I've been looking on the internet to find comparable mattresses certainly and thinking of maybe buying the adjustable base separately from the mattress. Any advice on this type of mattress and expected price or where I would get something very similar would be really appreciated.

Hi Julie,

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately, this is not an area that we have a great deal of expertise in, the items made for adjustable beds are specialist products, which is why they can command high prices in the market. All I can suggest is that you keep searching the internet to locate a reasonably priced supplier although I would suggest may be contacting a Company called 'Laybrook' as they do make adjustable beds.  Sorry if this appears negative, but I cannot provide a recommendation on a product of which my knowledge is limited.

Should you decide in the future to look at any of our products, please telephone the office to speak to our Advisors who will be able to assist you further on 0161 437 4419.

Kind regards Julie
