Hello it is presumable that you use one of the quality manufacturers. Can I ask who that may be. I have so far looked at two showrooms and in order my favourite is either vi spring or John Lewis which I believe are Harrison spink, the other one I think is good is Hypnos. I obviously have not tried all so with interest I would be keen to know who makes yours.

Thank you for your question.
Our Artisan products are made to our specification by a factory in Yorkshire and they do not make any products for the companies you refer to above. Likewise none of those companies make any products for us. The construction methods adopted are not the same but are similar to those used by Vi-Spring and some of the Artisan range are comparable to some Vi-Spring models in terms of feel only. It is not possible to provide a direct comparison as none of the manufacturers you refer to are prepared to fully disclose the upholstery layers in terms of GSM (grams per square metre).
