Thanks for getting in touch.  Yes the Artisan Natural mattress can be used on all slatted bases.  We do however provide some guidance that if the slats are more than 3 inches apart we recommend boarding the base with MDF/ pegboard/plywood of a few millimeter thickness.  This stops any issues with sagging between the slats or the slats pinching and damaging the cover.

Our Artisan Naturals can be hand made with a split tension of either medium/firm or soft/medium.  If you require a soft /firm this can be done in a zip and link.  At your weights I would advise a soft medium tension either in a split tension one piece mattress or a soft medium zip and link mattress.  If you need more advice please email or call us for more help.
