I note your specific requirements and would point out that at present we do not make any of our Fusion range (Latex) mattresses in a zip and link set. In addition, you require a bespoke size in respect of each half of the bed, which again limits your choices and furthermore, you have a substantial weight differential. All these factors mean that the only products of ours that are available are those in the Artisan range.

With regard to the body weights, you fall within the medium spring tension bracket whilst you wife is more suited to the soft tension. It is difficult to make a specific recommendation with the available information, however, please view the details of the Artisan Naturals via this link.  This mattress has a medium feel from the top upholstery layers which means that the mattress feels neither too soft nor too firm.   Due to the fact that you both require different feels from a mattress, there is going to have to be a certain amount of compromise. This mattress does have a similar feel to a Vi Spring Regal Superb and it would be of benefit to you to go and try that mattress in a soft & medium spring tension to give you an idea as to how our mattress is likely to feel.

We would also need to know the type of base that the mattress is to go onto as this can also give the mattress a different feel.
