I would concur that you ought to be looking for a soft tension mattress, however, I would question why you would consider foam products, when you clearly have an aversion to chemical elements. Natural materials are best for the non treated components of a mattress and I would be more inclined towards a product with these in rather than a man made foam.

Please view the products in our Artisan range and in particular the Artisan Naturals or Artisan Bespoke 004, which should be selected with a soft spring tension. Both these mattresses will provide a similar feel, but that naturals has only 85% natural upholstery, whereas the 004 has 100%.
