Can four single beds be linked together to make a giant bed?

Hi, I have what I am sure is a really unusual query but should not assume I know the answer!
I would like to know if it is possible to buy four of your 3ft beds that have the capability to be zipped/linked together to form 12ft bed (or any other combination) if the need arose?
