On your "Mattress Cover Fabrics" page, you write: "The origins range use a number of different finishes all which can be found on the product listings."
The "Origins Comfort 1000" cover fabric is embossed with the phrase "Pure Silk" and the description says, "The mattress cover is a premium soft knit Silk content fabric."
The "Origins Pocket 1500" cover fabric is embossed with the word "Cashmere" but there is no additional information in the product listing, that I can see.
The "Origins Pocket Reflex 1000" (which is the model I am most interested in) gives no information about its cover fabric, that I can see.
If I were to purchase a single "Origins Pocket Reflex 1000" I would be placing the mattress on a rigid, slatted wooden base, the slats covered with MDF or pegboard, with a 4.5 Tog duvet between the board and the mattress and a thicker duvet placed directly on top of the mattress to provide additional comfort and protection.
I'm not too concerned about the appearance and feel of the mattress fabric covering since on a day to day basis, it would be covered and protected on its upper and lower surfaces. But I am concerned about a knit fabric's resistance to snagging when unpacking, setting up, changing sheets, turning the mattress etc.
I note that a couple of reviews at TrustPilot for the "Origins Pocket Reflex 1000" (left in September and October 2015), have mentioned issues with threads having pulled or snagged. (In one case, the purchaser reports having been sent three mattresses in a row that had all had issues with snagging.)
My question is, are you still using the same cover fabric for the "Pocket Reflex 1000" and what is the cover fabric made of?
