Having done a quick search on the internet I have viewed the details of the Bliss mattress and there is reference to Egyptian Cotton and although it does not say that this is what the cover is made of specifically, I am not aware of such being used as an upholstery layer. To be sure, I would suggest that you contact one of the companies retailing this product and ask them for confirmation.
