Thank you for your question.

All our products are delivered to a room of your choice, unpackaged, assembled if necessary and all the packaging taken away. We will not take your old mattress away and it may be best to contact your local authority to see if they can assist in this regard. Our delivery crew will, if requested, bring an old product downstairs for collection by the local authority.
