Do I pay for returning a mattress?

Hi Glen,

Short answer, absolutely not.

We have a success rate of over 95% in matching a mattress to our customer's requirements and because of this we are able to offer the return policy with confidence, at no cost to our customers.

Whilst we appreciate that the return of a mattress is an upheaval, we feel this is the most appropriate solution to avoid customers being left with something that turns out to be unsuitable or for them to be out of pocket.
