Thank you for your enquiry. The Artisan Naturals is a two-sided mattress and will need to be turned (so that the underside is on top) once a month for the year and then every three months thereafter.  Every other month this should be done side to side and on alternate months from top to bottom. This way you are utilising all four sleeping positions, helping to prolong the lifespan of your mattress.
